Property was close by to everything, the facilities were clean, and over all quality for the price was great. AC unit was pretty loud during the night but needed because it gets hot.

In the centre of Manhattan. On a bus route up and down town.Subway near by.Lots of restaurants and take out within 5 minutes walk. Windows that open for fresh air and plenty of room. Good pressure shower too

Exceptional location to explore Lower East Side and particularly East Village. Subway station is accessible within 2 minutes. Direct neighborhood is very vibrant, but yet it’s a very quiet accommodation, due to its location at a side street. Very comfortable bed in my opinion.

This apartment was quite lovely and very unique inasmuch that everything was automated, from check-in to the doors locking/unlocking. All the comforts of home were available if you wanted to use them (showers, microwave, stove with pots and pans, a fridge in the common area and a mini one in your room, huge room TV, computer, fast internet, etc). The location was definitely on point! Close to restaurants, shops, cafes, drug stores, Union Square and all of the transportation that you need. The apartment was exceptionally clean, the host was friendly and the other guests were considerate and respectful. Would definitely stay again! There was really nothing not to like about this place. If I had to choose something it would be the lack of a window in the bedroom, but I spent most of my time outside, so no big deal.

very comfortable bed, two heaters and ac, a tv, wifi, table with chair in room, bathroom right next to me, closet with hangers. there was everything i needed for a comfortable stay!

Its best for location . Little bit small rooms but it okay maybe im from texas and everything is big in here 😂 In bathroom there was a shower place that was the problem otherwise everything was ok

Very cosy and convenient location-wise. Really good value for money for those wishing to stay in Manhattan. Plus, the host was very responsive and informative. The self-check-in details were so informative and sent well in advance.

My stay was truly pleasant, and I really appreciate that. The apartment offers amazing value for money compared to other options in NYC — I was very happy with what I got for the price. The hosts were responsive and kind, and communication was smooth throughout my stay. The facilities were comfortable, and the location was great as well. I genuinely enjoyed my time there and would love to stay at this place again during my next visit to New York :))) The only small thing to note (and it’s definitely not a minus for the host!) is that since New York never sleeps, it can get a bit noisy at night. The windows face a lively street, so if you’re a light sleeper, it’s a good idea to bring earplugs. But honestly, that’s just part of the authentic NYC experience!
