This apartment was quite lovely and very unique inasmuch that everything was automated, from check-in to the doors locking/unlocking. All the comforts of home were available if you wanted to use them (showers, microwave, stove with pots and pans, a fridge in the common area and a mini one in your room, huge room TV, computer, fast internet, etc). The location was definitely on point! Close to restaurants, shops, cafes, drug stores, Union Square and all of the transportation that you need. The apartment was exceptionally clean, the host was friendly and the other guests were considerate and respectful. Would definitely stay again! There was really nothing not to like about this place. If I had to choose something it would be the lack of a window in the bedroom, but I spent most of my time outside, so no big deal.

This is an amazing apartment to stay when you visit New York. It's spacious and clean and has good amenities. Also the area is amazing with lot's of good restaurants and bars and public transport nearby. Nothing.

La posizione, la disponibilità di Sara anche se non abbiamo avuto bisogno di nulla. L'alloggio completo di ogni confort per un soggiorno di 7 giorni in due. Ma volendo comodo anche per tre considerando che s new York non si resta in casa.... Nulla

El apartamento era muy completo y estaba muy bien equipado, nos sentimos muy cómodos durante toda la estancia. Todo estaba limpio y cuidado, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera aún mejor. Queremos destacar especialmente a la propietaria, Sara, que fue muy amable en todo momento y nos resolvió todas las dudas que teníamos con rapidez y cercanía. Sin duda, un lugar muy recomendable. Faltaban algunos utensilios de cocina.

La posizione della struttura è praticamente perfetta, ben servita e in una zona molto tranquilla ma collegata benissimo vista la vicinanza al Union square (linea metro migliore dí Manhattan). L’appartamento è molto carino è abbastanza comodo e il clima era sempre perfetto. Oltretutto vanta di una comoda cucina che consente di cenare comodamente in struttura senza dissanguarsi nei costosi ristoranti di Manhattan. Farei solo qualche piccolo intervento di manutenzione ordinaria nell’appartamento e rifarei un po’ di colore nel vano scala. Appena si entra nel portone sembra di stare negli anni 50. Anche perché il costo di affitto degli appartamenti a Manhattan è abbastanza elevato

This apartment is, without a doubt, a hidden gem in the city, totally underrated, and we were thrilled to get such a phenomenal price for the location and quality. From the moment we booked, the experience was seamless. The host is incredibly attentive, friendly, and genuinely cared that we had a great stay. The check-in instructions were crystal clear and made for an effortless arrival. The unit itself is a quiet, modern sanctuary. Recently renovated and beautifully decorated, it truly feels like a boutique hotel experience. Everything you could possibly need is thoughtfully provided—it is exceptionally well-equipped and wonderfully quiet, a rare luxury in New York City. But the Downtown location is truly unparalleled! Being right near Union Square meant we were perfectly situated to explore the Village, Flatiron, and all of lower Manhattan. We spent our days happily walking everywhere. The neighborhood felt incredibly safe, secure, and vibrant—it was a secure and pleasurable experience exploring the local markets, cafes, and stunning architecture on foot. It was the absolute best base for exploring. We sincerely hope to stay here again and recommend this unit without hesitation to anyone looking for a perfect, affordable, and luxurious Manhattan getaway! NA
